All orders are shipped from stock from our UK office/warehouse. On small items we use Royal Mail standard post, for larger or heavier orders we ship using APC-Overnight or similar courier. Orders received before 2:30pm are despatched same week day, you will receive an e-mail confirming your orders despatch.

Typical delivery times*:
UK Orders – 1-3 working days
European – 2-7 working days
Rest of World – 4-15 working days
*Delivery times may vary at peak times i.e Christmas.

Please Note: It is not always possible to ship multiple item orders to the paid and requested for service, due to weight or size restrictions that apply on certain delivery services. In these cases our despatch department will choose the most suitable courier/service in which to send the goods.

Collection:
You can collect your eBay order from our offices in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.
We are open from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday - excluding bank holidays.
