Shipping

All orders are shipped from stock from our UK office/warehouse. On small items we use Royal Mail standard post, for larger or heavier orders we ship using City Link or similar courier. Orders received before 2:30pm are despatched same week day, you will receive an e-mail confirming your orders despatch.

Typical delivery times*:
UK Orders – 1-3 working days
European – 2-7 working days
Rest of World – 4-15 working days
*Delivery times may vary at peak times i.e Christmas.

Please Note: It is not always possible to ship multiple item orders to the paid and requested for service, due to weight or size restrictions that apply on certain delivery services. In these cases our despatch department will choose the most suitable courier/service in which to send the goods.

Countries outside of the EU are VAT Exempt. You may incur custom charges.

Returns

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please contact us.

Goods ordered may be returned within the first 21 calendar days of purchase for a full product refund including VAT, providing the following conditions are fulfilled:

• Goods returned must be received in as new condition.
• Goods must be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals, CD’s etc for that product). If any item(s) are missing when received then the product is deemed incomplete and will be returned to the purchaser.
• Carriage costs for returning the Goods are your responsibility.
• The Goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us.
• International orders have 21 days to return the product(s).
• All returns must be authorised, to request a return of a product please complete the Customer Returns Form.

Any item(s) returned that are incomplete, damaged, used or without a completed CRF (Customer Returns Form) will not be accepted. Any goods that are damaged or require parts/labour to get in a saleable condition these costs incurred will be deducted from the refund total.
